# Autódromo Internacional de Panamá's 20-Year Journey to Reality in 2024

For over 20 years the originally planned Autodromo Internacional de Panama has been nothing more than a dream. The construction started many years ago, but due to legal constraints, it stopped and left the project in abundance. Recent efforts have led to the restart of construction of the racetrack, which is set to open in 2024.

How the project has been for the last 20 years:

The complex is planned to be more than just a racing venue; it is a comprehensive entertainment hub. Spectators will have the option of two grandstands, a viewing platform, and two public areas - the Panoramic and Pits sections - to witness the exhilarating racing action. With ample parking space for 1,000 vehicles and additional amenities such as sponsor areas, food and beverage services, and sanitary facilities, the Autódromo Internacional de Panamá is shaping up to offer all attendees a holistic and enjoyable experience.
