      Panama City

      Panama City (Spanish: Ciudad de Panamá) is the capital city of the Republic of Panama. The city borders the famous Panama Canal.

      The vibrant city offers a world-class food scene and shopping. Panama City's old town "Casco Viejo" is home to some of the city's most iconic architecture and is known for its nightlife and lively atmosphere. Bars and restaurants offer a wide variety of drinks, food, and entertainment. 

      The view of Panama City is determined by high-rise buildings in a series of skyscrapers. The city is surrounded by a ring of tropical rainforests, including the Metropolitano Natural Park and the Soberanía and Camino de Cruces national parks.

      Costa Verde

      Costa Verde is located 30 minutes west of Panama City and is one of the newest residential developments in the area. It exists of various residential communities and offers everything for a comfortable lifestyle.  

      Market Plaza, located within the community, is a great spot featuring bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and shopping. Within Costa Verde, you can find stores such as Pricesmart (Costco alike) and all major supermarkets such as Super99, el Rey, Machetazo, and Riba Smith. 

      Costa Verde is a great location for families with kids. The SABIS International School opened its doors in Costa Verde in September 2017. With its 57,000 m2 campus it offers academic buildings for Kindergarten and elementary school, a mini-gymnasium, playgrounds, and a pool.

      Costa Verde Panama

      Coronado Beach Area

      Coronado is one of the more developed beach communities along the Pacific coast, just a 1.5-hour drive away from Panama City. Coronado features national supermarkets, a golf course, a mall, and numerous leisure amenities that you can enjoy for a low cost. The locals are friendly and many speak English. The settled ex-pats from all over the world will make you feel right at home.

      Much of Coronado lies within a large gated community dominated by the Coronado Es Vida development. New property purchases within the development come with a membership to the Coronado Golf Country Club.

      Coronado has a hospital, international schools, and all conveniences nearby that you would need to live comfortably. 

      Within a 20-minute drive from Coronado, you can be in the mountain. This means Coronado offers the best of two worlds: Beach front living with the cooler mountain climate just minutes away.

      Coronado Panama

      David

      David is the third largest city in Panama, with a developed infrastructure and a much lower cost of living than Panama City. David is the commercial, business, transportation, education, and healthcare hub for all of western Panama.

      David provides a comfortable lifestyle for people who want to live in a foreign country with a low cost of living, warm climate, and laidback lifestyle while being surrounded by the beautiful nature of the Chiriqui province. For the active, David has a lot of outdoor activities to choose from, including bicycling and hiking, as well as bird-watching and deep-sea fishing.

      Thanks to the airport, you can fly to and from Panama City within an hour.

      Boquete

      Boquete is a small mountain town in Panama. It is located in the westernmost province of Chiriquí, about 60 kilometers from the Costa Rican border, and only a 40-minute drive from David. 

      Boquete has one of the biggest ex-pat communities in Panama. With residents from all over the world, Boquete has grown into a real international community with bars, restaurants, and hotels.

      Boquete is a touristic town that borders Volcan Baru. With its cool mountain climate and great activities such as waterfall trials, nature parks, world-class golf, and spas but also comfortable and safe living it's a great place for retirement and a get-away from Davids's hotter climate.
